Shipping and Refunds
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery.
Australian Domestic Orders - $10 shipping fee, free shipping for orders over $50. Estimated delivery is 2-6 business days.
International Orders - $20 shipping fee, free shipping for orders over $100. Estimated delivery is 4-12 business days.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be granted for used or open products, for sanitary reasons.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or is not up to CJP Beauty quality, we will gladly replace it.
To claim a damaged item follow these steps:

Our team will review your claim and offer either:

Once the customer has chosen their preferred outcome, we will process the refund OR ship the replacement item.
